Baby Nay and family are pleased to announce we are certified and in compliance with the newest CPSC lead and phthalate laws. These laws were created to protect children 12 and under from lead and phthalate poisoning.

We have been certified by the Consumer Testing Laboratories Inc,. a federally approved, independent laboratory, and a copy of our certificate can be sent by request.

We would never allow toxic chemicals in our homes and offices, and we adhere to the same philosophy for our apparel!
