Returns and exchanges on regularly priced merchandise are accepted within 14 days of receipt for items that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all packaging material and tags. Sale items are accepted for exchange only or store credit only. Deep clearance items marked "Final Sale" are final sale.
How do I make a return or exchange?
Securely pack and seal the return merchandise with original packing slip in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to us using an insured service to the above address. (This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves).

When will my credit card be refunded?
Once your package has been received here at Nay, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Nay et al.
